HOW TO USE OUR SHOP

A word about our products…

All Isle of Wight Studio Glass is hand-made at our Arreton studio, and no two pieces are quite the same. When you order online, if the item you want is not in stock, we will make it for you. This may involve a short delay depending on how busy we are, but is usually no more than 1 to 2 weeks, and often less. However bear this in mind when you place an order, especially if you are ordering as a gift or for a special occasion.

Occasionally the product illustrated is the one actually for sale. This will be stated on the web page. To purchase these items, please fill in and send the online form on the product page and we will contact you, or telephone the studio on 01983 522339, quoting the name of the product, which you will find at the bottom of the page.

All our prices include postage and packing within mainland UK. If you live outside of mainland UK, we may need to add a surcharge for postage, and we will contact you.

Refunds Policy

If you decide to buy from our website we are just as committed to you as if you had walked into our studio shop. But a photograph on your computer is not the same as seeing and handling the product for yourself as you would in a shop. We want you to enjoy and be satisfied with your purchase, so we operate a no-quibble refunds policy: If you return the piece to us within ten days of our posting date (within the UK) we will refund the purchase price.

 Refund Conditions:

  1. Contact us by email (info@isleofwightstudioglass.co.uk) or telephone (01983 522339) before returning the piece.
  2. You bear the cost of the original carriage to your address and the return postage.
  3. We receive the piece intact and undamaged (returning it in our original packaging is the best way to ensure this).
